German Speaking Customer Service Advisor- 12 month maternity contractSalary £23,000 - £25,000

You will be expected to liaise with German customers on a daily basis via telephone and email fluent speaking and written German is essential. You will be taking orders, processing them and dealing with any customer enquiries. Customer Service is key for this client and account management to maintain the strong relationships they have with their customers. You must be able to demonstrate your customer service skills and previous order processing at a high standard of detail and accuracy
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiess
-Assumes the role of customer 'account manager' with territory responsibilities
-Enters orders accurately in JDE system paying attention to critical customer requirements, monitoring dates and overseeing smooth operation of key accounts
-Responsible for both internal and external customer calls
-Process paperwork, such as new account forms, completing cost request forms and miscellaneous filing as needed
-Have excellent telephone manner
